It can operate in small batches, outperforming batch-type dispersing emulsifiers. It can simulate on-site conditions in the laboratory for circulation or online continuous processing, and features high efficiency, uniform quality, and no dead corners for dispersion. Equipped with original German motors, it runs more stably and produces less noise.
High-speed motors can be optionally matched with stainless steel working chambers with jackets or glass working chambers. The high-speed rotating rotor cooperates with the precision stator working chamber, relying on high linear speed to generate strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the materials are fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed, and finally stable high-quality products are obtained.
